In the first T20 match that was played in Canberra, when India was batting Ravindra Jadeja played an outstanding innings which resulted India to give a fighting total of 161 to defend.
But between the innings of Ravindra Jadeja when Mitchell Starc was bowling, he bowled a ball which hit the helmet of Jadeja. After the ball was hit he continued his innings and played good but when the second innings was going to start. Everybody got know that Jadeja will not field in the second innings and in place of him Yuzvendra Chahal will be playing as a substitute player. Chahal bowled amazing spells which in result India won the first T20 match. Chahal was also appointed as the Man Of The Match. There was a lot of chaos as this decision was not helpful for Australia and whole Australian crowd was very angry. This decision was correct according to the game rules as Chahal who replaced Jadeja was also a spinner but this decision was not good according to the game spirit. Justin Langer who is the Head Coach of Australia also was not happy with the decision and asked it from the match referee.

But a really bad news came for India as Jadeja a responsible player of the team is ruled out for the whole T20 series. Shardul Thakur who is also a good bowler and can hit big shots replaced Jadeja in the T20 squad.
